Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health, develop tailored treatment plans, and document progress to ensure comprehensive care in accordance with company guidelines.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, offering individual therapy sessions and collaborating with families on treatment techniques that foster lasting change.

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients and engage with multidisciplinary teams to communicate effectively and to sync care plans with case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff.

• Innovate therapy interventions that help clients achieve and surpass their personal goals, using creative methodologies and evidence-based practices.

• Prepare and submit detailed session notes, treatment plans, and other requisite documentation, ensuring compliance with established protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT, you will be working with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your understanding of family dynamics and related issues will be key to providing effective therapy. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
