Pay Range: $112,900 - $135,500 annually

The Product Management Partner will drive the strategic vision, development, and execution of key products in our portfolio. This role will define product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally to guide product development, and deliver high-impact production/solutions aligned with market needs, emerging opportunities, and commercialization goals.

• Translate ideas and customer/market needs into clear, actionable product requirements
• Organize, prioritize, and manage development tasks
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and business stakeholders
• Collect input to shape product direction
• Measure success using data and metrics
• Support planning of both short-term and long-term product goals
• Lead product strategy and roadmap for major product lines
• Define OKRs and ensure alignments with business goals
• Identify opportunities based on market trends and customer insights
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for complex products
• Drive prioritization and resourcing decisions across teams
• Mentor and guide junior level team members
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Business-related discipline or the equivalent level of professional experience
• 7 years of experience in the areas of Product Commercialization, Product Planning, Business Development, Sales, Product Support/Warranty, or Product Management
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Strong creative and analytical abilities Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams

• Previous experience with product development
• Experience with a manufacturer of heavy-duty commercial vehicles (semi-trucks, truck bodies, trailers)
• Strong track record of delivering high quality, breakthrough products
