Hotel General Manager

Overview As the next general manager of our busy hotel, you’ll lead staff and provide guests with the finest service possible. You will present new and creative ideas to boost revenue and build strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business. Responsibilities Lead and manage hotel operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue and occupancy. Foster relationships with guests to encourage repeat business. Oversee human resources functions including interviewing, hiring, training, task assignment, coaching/counseling, and performance management. Qualifications Dedicated to providing excellent service. At least 5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel management role. Compensation Compensation: $70,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
