Therapy - RRT

Registered Respiratory TherapistThis role is for a Registered Respiratory Therapist specializing in NICU care. The position involves managing a patient population in a Level 3 NICU. You will be responsible for attending high-risk deliveries. Skills in ventilator management, including both conventional and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, are essential. The role includes administering surfactant and Nitric Oxide. Blood gas acquisition and interpretation are part of routine responsibilities. You will work alongside a team of Respiratory Therapists. The staffing ratio is typically 2 therapists covering a 36-bed NICU. A positive attitude and the ability to think critically and work independently are crucial for success in this position. Attention to detail is imperative.
