Description:This role is for a Registered Respiratory Therapist specializing in NICU care.The position involves managing a patient population in a Level 3 NICU.You will be responsible for attending high-risk deliveries.Skills in ventilator management, including both conventional and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, are essential.The role includes administering surfactant and Nitric Oxide.Blood gas acquisition and interpretation are part of routine responsibilities.You will work alongside a team of Respiratory Therapists.The staffing ratio is typically 2 therapists covering a 36-bed NICU.A positive attitude and the ability to think critically and work independently are crucial for success in this position.Attention to detail is imperative.Candidates with additional certifications such as STABLE will be given priority. #J-18808-Ljbffr
