Supplier Quality Engineer

Supplier Quality ManagerManage regional supplier quality and delivery performance to support manufacturing operations. Lead preventive, proactive, and reactive supplier performance initiatives to ensure suppliers meet requirements for quality, delivery, capacity, and operational excellence. Serve as the key liaison between suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and successful product launches.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain5-7 years of relevant experienceSupplier Quality & Development expertiseAPQP / PPAP Management proficiencyPrior work experience in the industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with Quality Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA 6.3)Lean Manufacturing & Continuous ImprovementStrong Project Management & Process Optimization skillsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesQualify and develop suppliers to ensure successful product launches and stable production.Lead APQP, PPAP, supplier performance reviews, and escalation activities to improve quality and delivery performance.Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and suppliers to resolve performance issues and support business objectives.
