Endoscopy Tech

Assists nursing staff and physician during procedures with the efficient running of equipment related to the needs of the procedure. Responsibilities include polypectomy, biopsies, screening exams, ERCP, and dilations. Disinfects and processes endoscopic equipment. Assists with troubleshooting of equipment. Sets up the room for procedures. Transports patients as needed. Stocks rooms with supplies and equipment. Assists patients with getting dressed and ambulation as directed by nursing staff. Assists with applying EKG monitors, BP cuffs, and pulse oximetry prior to starting cases. Advanced case Endo experience is also required. The ideal candidate will be experienced and able to assist with high-level, complex cases.
