Location: Macon, GA
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday until 12:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Leasing Agent to assist residents and prospective residents with leasing and property-related needs. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills and be comfortable working in a professional, community-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and applications
- Provide information about available units, amenities, policies, and procedures
- Schedule and conduct property tours
- Process rental applications and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with current and prospective residents
- Respond to questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes
- Maintain organized leasing and resident documentation
- Perform general office and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, property management, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
