Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

The Successful Applicant
- Experience working on ground-up multifamily or large residential projects
- Strong understanding of field operations and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to manage projects ranging from ~$10M up to $60M+
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule
- Competitive base salary (dependent on experience)
