Field-Based Employment & Housing Advocate
PATH
PATH is seeking an Employment Specialist to work with clients experiencing homelessness to find and retain sustainable employment opportunities. This role includes providing field-based case management, conducting employability assessments, and developing individualized employment plans. The ideal candidate should have one year of experience in employment-related services for vulnerable populations. You will join a dedicated team contributing to racial and social justice while supporting clients in achieving their goals.
