QA Manual TesterLocation: TexasDuration: Long TermOnly W2 PositionCandidate should be local to TexasPosition Requirements:We are looking for a Test Analyst with the following skills:Creating test plans, test cases and prepare test environmentsPerforming moderately complex functional, application, and regression testingPlanning and scheduling tasks to ensure that developed products meet business requirements and design specificationsCreating and executing manual testing proceduresIdentifying, analyzing and reporting defects.Requirements:Ability to collaborate with the client organization and 3rd party vendorsFamiliar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the testing fieldUnderstanding of the software development life cycle and software development methodologiesAcquires and applies skills and knowledge through training and/or documentationAccepts changes in the Customer environment, organizational structure, direction or prioritiesStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical skillsProven problem solving abilityAble to work with Customer as needed during test cycleAble to interpret requirement documents and able to update test documents accordinglyExperience with documentation/bug tracking tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, ALMExperience with a version control system.
