AV-rated Law firm seeks to add a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to their team! This position will be for the firm's Business Practice. An ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is Licensed to practice law in Virginia and has 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate law with a focus on finance, development and/or land use.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia
• 3 + years of Commercial Real Estate experience
• Experience with drafting and negotiating real estate transactional documents such as: leases, lease amendments, purchase & sales agreements, easements, covenants, etc.
• Experience with finance, development and/or land use is a PLUS!
