Office Assistant/Curriculum Coordinator

$18 per hour

Are you passionate about early childhood education and thrive in a fast-paced preschool environment? We are looking for an energetic, organized, and leadership-minded Office Assistant / Curriculum Coordinator to join our busy preschool team full-time! Position Details Position: Office Assistant / Curriculum Coordinator Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pay: $18 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) What You’ll Do Office & Administrative Support Answer phones and assist families professionally and warmly Take messages and respond to parent inquiries Support the enrollment and registration process Maintain student and office paperwork/files Assist with daily clerical and administrative duties Help ensure smooth day-to-day school operations Curriculum & Classroom Support Support teachers with curriculum preparation and classroom needs Assist with ordering classroom and curriculum supplies Help maintain organized learning materials Step into classrooms as needed to support ratios and classroom flow Promote a positive, engaging learning environment for children Qualifications Director’s Credential (required) Staff Credential (required) Completed 45 Hours through DCF (required) Experience working in a preschool office and classroom setting Strong customer service and communication skills Leadership abilities and a team-player attitude Excellent organization and multitasking skills A passion for early childhood education Benefits 401(k) Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off Tuition assistance Employee Childcare Discount Supplemental Insurance Options Professional Growth Opportunities Positive and Supportive Team Environment #J-18808-Ljbffr The Learning Experience - Boynton Beach, FL
