Casualty Claims Manager / Auto Claims Supervisor Lead a high-performing casualty claims team with our client, a financially strong and growing insurance organization. Benefits & Extras: Annual performance bonus opportunity (up to 12.5%) Health, dental, vision, and supplemental cancer insurance 401(k) with company contributions and retirement support Short-term and long-term disability coverage Ongoing training, career advancement, and professional development Compensation: $94,640 - $118,268 annually/ Annual bonus opportunity up to 12.5% What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and develop the Casualty Claims team Drive claim quality, efficiency, and lowest ultimate cost outcomes Chair bi-weekly Claim Committee meetings Monitor BI/UMBI metrics and average paid performance Conduct claim file audits and implement process improvements Partner with leadership to strengthen claims operations Promote timely claim resolution and BI Cashout initiatives What You’ll Need to be Considered: Be able to do the job as described. Strong expertise in non-standard automobile claims Knowledge of PD, Casualty claims, civil laws, and multi-state insurance regulations Understanding of underwriting and its impact on claim handling Experience with claims platforms such as SIS, SDS, PMSC, or similar systems CPCU, Law Degree, or comparable industry designation preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
