Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) located in Grand Junction, Colorado. This role involves performing independent nursing functions, assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care, and executing delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted standards. Candidates are required to bring their RN license on the first day. The position offers a rotating shift schedule and requires on-call availability.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour days on a rotating schedule, with the minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice or a compact license, BLS (American Heart Association) certification, ACLS (American Heart Association) certification, minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience, graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with ASN degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Performs clinical assessments, health teaching, counseling, therapy, treatment planning, medical function execution, documentation, resource utilization, delegation, supervision, and mission promotion. May be required to float to other departments within scope and be placed on-call during scheduled shifts.
