About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Transportation, Parking, and Mobility Services to provide visionary leadership for its extensive and complex parking and mobility operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, financial stewardship, planning, and operational management of the company's comprehensive parking, transportation, and mobility enterprise. This role involves developing and implementing long-term strategies that align with institutional priorities, establishing pricing and permit strategies, conducting supply-and-demand analyses, and advancing innovative transportation and mobility solutions. The AVP will also be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, collaborating with campus stakeholders, external agencies, and community partners to enhance the overall campus mobility experience. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President position at the company should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including leadership in parking, transportation, or a similar customer-focused operation. The role requires expertise in pricing strategy, financial modeling, and supply-and-demand analysis, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to manage organizational change. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a systems-oriented approach, capable of operating in a fast-paced environment and committed to high-end customer service. Experience in a similar complex environment, such as higher education, a municipality, or an airport, is highly valued.
