Oasis experience is required.
Traveler must have their own transportation.


Description:
Home Health Registered Nurse positions available in the East Portland area and surrounding areas.
This facility operates on an 8-hour day shift schedule.
The facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s schedules.
The patient ratio is 1:1.
You may visit up to 6 patients per day, with a standard productivity point requirement of 30.
First-time travelers are accepted.
Weekend work is not required.
The traveler is not required to be on call.
Travelers will not need to float between like units.
Local candidates are accepted within a 50-75 mile radius.
For travelers with pending licenses, both OR and WA licensure is mandatory.
The facility may call off up to one shift per pay period.


Special Requirements:
The facility requires a primary series COVID vaccination along with one booster.
Patients may have a variety of diagnoses such as wound care, disease management, and catheter care.
Charting will be done using EPIC Remote Client for Home Health and Rover application.
Business casual attire is expected, with scrubs allowed but not required.
The facility provides free parking and mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard.
All travelers are expected to adhere to facility policies.
Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.
