Find mistakes and correct them promptly Reconciling bank accounts Data entry Assist in monthly closings Qualifications: No experience is necessary as we are willing to train the perfect candidate. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, willingness to learn new skills Ability to identify potential issues or errors Attention to detail Experience: Customer service Data Entry (preferred but not required) QuickBooks: 1 Year (preferred but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Physical setting: Office Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience: QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
