School Aide

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated School Aides to support students in classroom and one-on-one settings for the 2026-2027 school year.

Location: Glendora, Claremont, Covina, Upland, and surrounding communities.

Weekly Pay: $18-21/hr (DOE)

Full Time and Part Time

In this rewarding role, you'll work alongside teachers and education professionals to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Whether providing classroom support, assisting with behavioral goals, or offering individualized attention, your work will have a meaningful impact on students' success and confidence.

What You'll Do

• Provide classroom and one-on-one support to students

• Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management

• Help foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

• Support students with behavioral, social, and academic goals

• Assist with mobility, personal care, and therapeutic needs as directed by educational and healthcare professionals

• Encourage student engagement, independence, and confidence throughout the school day

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to maintain professional standards and confidentiality

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB Questionnaire, PPD, or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)

• Current Health Certificate (per contract or state requirements)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
