Program Performance Specialist - Pharma & Pharmacy

Job Location: Dublin Office - Dublin, OH 43017 Job Summary This position is responsible for managing performance guarantees for pharma and pharmacy program clients. They serve as the business subject matter expert on the performance and financial aspects of those clients’ contracts. They are responsible for understanding how Outcomes is performing against client performance expectations and financial targets and implementing strategies to ensure strong results on both fronts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Understand with great detail how we’re performing against client contracts, diagnose for performance barriers and develop action plans to meet performance goals. Collaborate with teams across the business to execute on performance action plans. Serve as expert on performance barriers impacting assigned clients. Collaborate with account management teams to support their conversations with clients. Coordinate with finance to communicate expected performance. Inform contract negotiations by coordinating with sales teams on performance feasibility. Knowledge & Requirements Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks. Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity. Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve. Applies judgment within defined parameters. Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects. Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy. Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 10%. Education & Experience Requirements Minimum years of work experience: 2 years in healthcare field. Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors Degree. Physical Requirements Frequent sitting in stationary position at a desk. Occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs. Occasional twisting of body. Occasional reaching by extending hands and arms in any direction. Occasional lifting, pulling, or pushing.
