Our local manufacturing client is looking for a Controller for their local plant. The company is looking for a mix of strong accounting experience, manufacturing experience, inventory management, and small-team management. Responsibilities and requirements: Experience managing and supervising a small accounting team and being "hands on." Actively involved in supervising AR, AP, Payroll, pricing, etc. Timing the closing of the financial books each month for the close Working with audit team to assist with necessary information. Strong balance sheet and in-depth balance sheet reconciliations. Continuously working on budget and forecasting Previous FPA experience Cost and inventory analysis 10+ yr prior accounting experience 4 yr degree in business/accounting strongly preferred.
