The Role CUDDLY is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital, eCommerce, retail and sales channels. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for a designer who is equally comfortable developing a creative concept and executing it. You'll take projects from brief to final production, creating high-quality work that strengthens the CUDDLY brand while helping our marketing and growth teams move quickly. The majority of the role will focus on digital design, including email, paid media, website experiences and campaign creative. You'll also support CUDDLY Food packaging, sales materials, presentation templates and other brand needs. We're looking for someone who understands that great design isn't just about making things look good—it needs to communicate clearly, build a recognizable brand and inspire people to take action. What You'll Own Digital & Growth Creative Design high-performing creative for email, paid social, display, digital advertising and other growth channels Translate campaign briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts and executions Create cohesive campaign systems that can extend across email, web, paid media, social and other touchpoints Develop assets in multiple formats and sizes while maintaining strong visual consistency Partner with the Growth Marketing team to evolve creative based on campaign performance and learnings Balance strong creative thinking with the speed and volume required by a growing organization Website & Digital Experience Design landing pages, campaign pages, site modules and other digital experiences in Figma Translate business and user needs into clear, intuitive and visually compelling page designs Create responsive desktop and mobile designs and components Prepare organized design files and specifications for handoff to development Collaborate with marketing, product and development partners throughout design and implementation Help maintain visual consistency across CUDDLY's fundraising and eCommerce experiences Brand Design & Creative Systems Help evolve and maintain CUDDLY's visual identity and brand standards Develop and expand systems for typography, color, iconography, imagery and other visual elements Build templates and scalable creative systems that allow teams to work faster without sacrificing brand consistency Serve as a steward of the CUDDLY brand across digital, retail and physical touchpoints Identify opportunities to strengthen and modernize the brand as CUDDLY grows CPG & Packaging Design and extend packaging for CUDDLY Food products and new SKUs Work within existing packaging architecture while identifying opportunities to improve shelf presence and brand consistency Create and manage production-ready packaging files, including dielines and mechanicals Understand print production, prepress requirements and vendor specifications Collaborate with internal teams and external production partners to move packaging from concept through final production Sales & Marketing Materials Design sell sheets, presentations, retailer materials, promotional assets and other sales support tools Develop polished, flexible presentation templates for internal and external use Translate complex information into clear, visually engaging communications Support retail and partner marketing needs as CUDDLY Food expands its footprint What We're Looking For Required Experience 5-7+ years of professional graphic design experience , ideally within a consumer brand, agency, eCommerce or similarly fast-paced environment A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated digital design, brand thinking and excellent visual execution Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Advanced proficiency in Figma , including responsive web design and developer handoff Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, color and visual storytelling Experience developing creative concepts and carrying them through multiple channels and formats Experience designing digital marketing creative including email, paid media and web Experience with CPG packaging design, including production files, dielines and print preparation Experience building and maintaining brand systems and guidelines Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and a high standard for creative execution Comfortable receiving feedback, collaborating cross-functionally and iterating quickly Able to distinguish between work that requires deep creative exploration and work that needs to be executed quickly and effectively Nice to Have Experience designing for eCommerce or DTC brands Experience working with Shopify or similar eCommerce environments Experience with consumer packaged goods, retail or food brands Basic motion design, animation or video editing capabilities Experience developing creative for performance marketing channels Experience creating scalable templates for non-designers You’ll Thrive Here If You Are: Collaborative and low-ego. Details Location: This position is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and works from CUDDLY's Grapevine, Texas office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. Candidates must be based in the DFW area. Compensation: $80k-$115k annually, depending on experience. Employment Type: Full-time, salaried position. Reporting: This role reports to the Vice President, Growth Marketing.
