Speech Language Pathologist - (New Graduates Accepted!) - San Jose, CA
Job Type- Full-Time (Onsite)
Shift: Days
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills throughout all stages of care.
- Performs evaluations that align with the patient's diagnosis and clinical presentation.
- Develops individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on evaluation findings and the patient's personal objectives.
- Establishes functional, measurable, and achievable goals in collaboration with the patient.
- Conducts timely re-evaluations in accordance with departmental standards, updating goals and treatment plans as needed based on the patient's progress.
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a school or clinical setting
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Must hold an active California license
