Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN or Part-Time Location: Nursing & Rehabilitation at The Mansion – Sunbury, PA Nursing & Rehabilitation at The Mansion is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide PRN or part-time coverage at our skilled nursing facility in Sunbury, PA. In this role, you'll work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist to support residents in regaining strength, mobility, and independence. Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services in accordance with your scope of practice and established clinical standards. Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluations and the development of individualized care plans. Provide hands‑on therapeutic exercises and mobility interventions. Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued progress. Document treatment sessions and communicate effectively with the rehabilitation team. Qualifications: Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Active PTA license in the state of Pennsylvania. Must be at least 18 years old.
