Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse, ICU experience, EPIC documentation

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31/hour

What You'll Do:

Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients, adapting practices to meet diverse patient needs
Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Document patient information accurately using EPIC or similar documentation tools
Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and health management
Demonstrate professionalism and good judgment in a fast-paced hospital environment

What You Need:Required:

Current RN License in Louisiana or applicable state
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
CPI certification (or be willing to obtain within 12 months)
Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience, including EPIC documentation proficiency

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing
Additional certifications relevant to ICU care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
