What You'll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to ICU patients while respecting privacy and dignity.
Use the nursing process effectively to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Document patient information accurately using EPIC software.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to emergencies.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify care plans.
Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care.

What You Need

Required:

Current RN License in Louisiana
BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications (12-month blue card)
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
Proficiency with electronic health records (EPIC preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing
Prior experience in a similar facility or unit
Additional clinical certifications in specialized care
