Annual Compensation: $520,000 - $1,200,000+

Annual Compensation

$448,000 - $1,200,000+

The average Dentist at this practice made pre-tax income of $761,000 in 2025 , with the lowest-producing associate earning $520,000 .

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced clinician who is passionate about comprehensive dentistry and committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

Required Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active, unrestricted Florida Dental License
• Valid DEA Registration
• Minimum of four (4) years of clinical experience as a licensed dentist
• Current BLS Certification
• Ability to relocate or commute to the Greater Jacksonville area before employment begins
• Experience placing implants (Single and multiples)

Preferred Qualifications But Not Required

• Florida Moderate Sedation (Conscious Sedation) Permit
• Advanced endodontic experience

Clinical Experience

Qualified candidates should have strong experience in:

• Comprehensive restorative dentistry
• Full-mouth rehabilitation
• Single-tooth implant restorations
• Full-arch implant rehabilitation (All-on-X)
• Implant overdentures
• Implant placement
• Advanced treatment planning
• Advanced endodontic procedures (preferred)
• Be comfortable doing some Endo
• Be willing to do bread and butter general dentistry
