General Dentist – High-Earning Opportunity | Private Practice | Monday - Thursday

Prosperity Placement Solutions is proud to partner with a well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Florida to recruit an experienced General Dentist . This is a high-production opportunity offering exceptional earning potential, long-term stability, and a true work-life balance.

This position is ideal for a dentist who enjoys bread-and-butter dentistry , values mentorship and growth, and is interested in future ownership opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

$275,000+ annual compensation based on production
Tiered production percentage: 28%–34%

Schedule & Lifestyle

4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)
5 days optional if desired
No weekends
No major holidays

Office Hours:

Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This schedule supports excellent work-life balance while maintaining strong production.

Requirements

Active Florida Dental License
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Strong communication and patient rapport skills
Commitment to quality care and professionalism
