We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Make a real difference in a young person’s life—without losing sight of who they are. We’re looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to support a teenage boy who wants to stay as independent and “just a regular teen” as possible while receiving the care he needs. This is a calm, one-on-one home setting where your role is to assist—not take over—and build a respectful, supportive connection. Pay: $17.66 per hour Available Schedules (Two Positions) Caregiver 1 • Monday, Wednesday & Friday • 9:00 AM–2:00 PM or 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Caregiver 2 • Tuesday & Thursday • 9:00 AM–2:00 PM or 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Flexibility with start/end times is a plus. About the Role You’ll be supporting a teenage boy who enjoys online gaming and YouTube (current favorite: Dead by Daylight, though that may change!). Like many teens, he values his independence and prefers someone who can quietly support him without being overly involved. Your role is to help him stay safe, comfortable, and on track with daily routines—while respecting his space and individuality.
