We are a small but growing ABA company servicing teens and adults in Las Vegas, Nevada. We conduct individual sessions, group sessions, and often meet in the community to work on pivotal life skills. Our clinic is fun and inviting with multiple relaxing treatment rooms, group areas and a full kitchen. Our staff are trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and regularly implement it, in addition to teaching critical social skills.

Role Description

We are looking for a part-time or full-time BCBA. BBBS is a premier workplace for BCBAs interested in teaching Level 1 & 2 Autistic teens and adults social, communication, life, and transitionary skills. In addition, we put focus on teaching this population psychological flexibility using Acceptance and Commitment Treatment (ACT) and other ACT-consistent modalities such as CBT and DNA-V. Our clinic hosts weekly social groups where our patients are encouraged to come and practice their social skills among peers in a safe, fun atmosphere.

BCBAs at our clinic have flexible scheduling and are paid above industry standards. Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied behavioral analysis or education

• Experience and/or interest in working with level 1 & 2 Autistic teens and adults

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
