Job Description Job Description Job Title Bar Manager Job Summary Manages, controls, and plans the activities of the bar. General Accountabilities -\tPlans, supervises, and allocates the day-to-day operational activities of the bar. -\tSchedules bartenders according to the level of customer demand. -\tForecasts the daily flow of customers and adjusts the number of staff for each shift accordingly. -\tEnsures that the inventory of the bar is well managed. -\tTracks all the sales of all types of drinks including beers, cocktails, wines, spirits and beverages. -\tEnsures that the bar is cleaned on a daily basis. -\tPerforms other related duties as assigned by management. Job Qualifications -\tEducation: High school diploma or equivalent. -\tExperience: Two to four years of related experience. Skills -\tExcellent written and oral communication skills -\tActive listening -\tService orientation -\tSocial perceptiveness -\tCoordination -\tCritical thinking -\tMonitoring
