Paralegal Contract Position Genesis10 is currently seeking a paralegal for a contract position with a global financial institution located in Wilmington, DE. This is a six-month contract opportunity. This role involves consulting on and participating in moderately complex paralegal initiatives. The successful candidate will review and analyze legal challenges, contributing to their resolution while collaborating with legal personnel within the organization. Responsibilities: Consult on or participate in moderately complex paralegal initiatives and deliverables and contribute to large-scale planning related to paralegal deliverables Review and analyze moderately complex paralegal challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet paralegal deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate with legal personnel Requirements: 4+ years of paralegal experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education Juris Doctorate Strong verbal and interpersonal skills Pay range: $34.69 - $42.69 per hour.
