Your Role

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies that enable them to reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Practices: Leverage evidence-based methods to elevate patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Approach: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to deliver well-rounded, comprehensive care
• Guide Patients and Families: Provide education for patients and their caregivers to ensure sustained benefits at home
• Manage Progress and Record Findings: Regularly monitor patient development, update clinical documentation, and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy
• Encouragement for ongoing education and pursuit of post-graduate certifications

Licenses

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a requirement
