Endurance IT Services is expanding! We are seeking a Managed Services Sales professional to join our team in Richmond, VA. This full-time role is ideal for a motivated business professional with a passion for sales, client engagement, and relationship-building. As a key contributor to the company’s success, you will focus on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across diverse industries within the Richmond area market!

**This is a remote role for candidates in the greater Richmond, Virginia, area but will require field work in the market.**

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within an assigned territory.

• Build, strengthen, and maintain executive‑level relationships across industries, community groups, business organizations, and strategic partners.
\n
• Proactively develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
\n
• Accurately forecast new business opportunities and manage sales activities to meet targets.
\n
• Focus on acquiring new clients and establishing long-term, trusted partnerships.
\n
• Engage with new business prospects daily and conduct weekly onsite or virtual meetings.
\n
• Research and identify potential clients, understanding their business needs and technology challenges.
\n
• Qualify and pursue opportunities specifically related to Managed Services and IT solutions.

Requirements

\n
• 2+ years in managed services sales or similar
\n
• Proven ability to build strong relationships through networking, partnerships, and referrals within SMB
\n
• Solid understanding of IT challenges and the ability to identify and articulate client pain points.
\n
• Skilled at translating client needs into actionable sales opportunities.
\n
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Results‑oriented, accountable, and committed to achieving performance goals.
