Masters Academy International is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of our campus facilities. This pivotal role is responsible for maintaining critical building systemsincluding HVAC, electrical, and plumbingwhile proactively addressing maintenance needs to support a high-quality learning environment.

As a Maintenance Technician at Masters Academy International, you will be the primary guardian of our campus infrastructure, ensuring the safe and uninterrupted operation of all facility systems. You will be a proactive problem-solver, diagnosing malfunctions and executing a wide range of repairsfrom minor carpentry and painting to complex technical troubleshooting. Beyond technical upkeep, you will play a vital role in campus safety by conducting regular hazard inspections, supporting emergency preparedness protocols, and ensuring strict compliance with OSHA standards. Your work will directly impact the excellence of the environment where our student-athletes train and learn.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience: 35 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar role.
• Expertise: Demonstrated ability in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics; Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) is preferred.
• Knowledge: Local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA standards and school safety policies; ability to conduct regular safety inspections and address hazards proactively.
