A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Physical Therapist eager to work with a diverse K-12 population. This position offers the chance to support students’ growth, mobility, and independence throughout the school year, with a flexible schedule to help maintain a positive work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

• Serve a broad K-12 caseload, delivering individualized therapy plans and interventions
• Convenient location with on-site assignment to be determined
• 3 days per week, allowing time for work-life harmony
• Contract runs from start date through late May 2027

Desired Experience and Credentials:

• Active Maryland (MD) Physical Therapy License required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment highly valued
• Ability to collaborate with educational teams, teachers, and families
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to inclusive, student-focused care

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate student needs in the school setting
• Develop and implement physical therapy interventions that promote access to curriculum and participation
• Collaborate with IEP teams to establish and monitor meaningful student goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and district regulations
• Offer education and training to staff and families to maximize carryover of therapy goals
• Participate in assessments and meetings as required
