About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Product Management for Supply Chain Resiliency. This pivotal role is responsible for the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from defining platform requirements to go-to-market execution. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team and work with a broad group of stakeholders to ensure the platform outperforms competitors in terms of speed, breadth, and customer outcomes. Key responsibilities include designing and refining pilot programs, owning product-level success criteria, and driving product-boundary clarity. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product management, particularly within the healthcare space, and the ability to manage cross-functional project teams. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in healthcare software. The role requires a leader who can build and defend a go-to-market roadmap, manage commercial pricing models, and foster executive-level relationships. The ideal candidate will have a history of winning competitive evaluations, experience in AI-enabled product commercialization, and a talent for driving customer adoption of emerging technologies. Strategic planning, excellent communication, and outstanding organizational skills are essential. The Executive Director will also be expected to mentor and develop product management talent within the organization.
