Residential Superintendent - Naples

Do you have experience and a desire to build $5M+ luxury homes? Then this opportunity is for you!
This Superintendent role is with a top Residential General Contractor in SWFL who works on ultra-luxury waterfront properties. The leadership team does not micromanage and rewards performance.

Superintendents with this firm receive a new company truck and gas card in addition to industry-leading pay and an outstanding bonus program.

Background Profile

Ability to build rapport and maintain client satisfaction during the building process.
Follow up with homeowners to ensure concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Ability to multitask and read blueprints
Motivate building partners to perform at a high level of competency.
ProCore experience is a plus.
Operate with a high level of integrity.
3+ years as a custom, luxury residential superintendent or similar experience.
