Physical Therapist Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a respected healthcare organization in Lewiston, Maine. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that help patients restore mobility, improve functional independence, and enhance their overall quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery.

As part of a collaborative rehabilitation team, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care tailored to each patient's unique needs. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $90,000 – $100,000 annually and provides an excellent environment for professional growth while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.

Required Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Maine.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based rehabilitation techniques and treatment protocols.
• Experience documenting patient progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Strong patient education and care coordination skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
