Assistant Manager, Clinical Services, Geriatric Assessment Center, full-time day 8:30a-4:30p, Morristown

Responsible for supervising staff and patient and provider schedules by performing diverse related duties. Provides support to the management for all clinical services, assists in the ongoing quality improvement measures for clinical service's strategic plans and ensures office staff is competent to perform patient care. Principal Accountabilities:

1. Supports the monitoring of the clinical services strategic plans.
2. Fosters and develops a culture within clinical services that values

continuing professional development and strives for excellence in the delivery of patient care. 3. Attends clinical team review meetings and any other meetings as appropriate. 4. Ensures appropriate quality standards are maintained through effective audit of clinical services. 5. Maintains medical records and all other care related documentation. 6. Plans, develops, coordinates, and supervises the delivery of patient care services. 7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
