CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist Our client, a leader in manufacturing and precision engineering, is seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join their dynamic team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization. Location: Archdale, NC Pay Range: $24/hr Shift: 1st Shift: 6am-4:30pm M-TH. Possible OT needs on Friday. What's the Job? Obtain parts for order per BOM/Drawing Assemble or fabricate orders per drawing using correct parts, tools, and specifications Set up machines for various jobs Write, read, and edit CNC programming Maintain a clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency What's Needed? Technical College or Equivalent Experience Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and product specifications Proficiency with gages and measuring instruments such as micrometer calipers Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within operation Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects and perform simple arithmetic What's in it for me?
