Senior Infrastructure Technical Writer

To ensure accurate and concise delivery of technical documentation, the full-time Senior Infrastructure Technical Writer will produce internal support documentation for Enterprise-class infrastructure and cloud platforms, collaborating with engineers and project managers while maintaining complex diagrams and documentation suites. Key responsibilities: Research and analyze requirements for new infrastructure environment builds and document findings Create and maintain complex Visio flow diagrams illustrating transaction traffic patterns and network connectivity Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop documentation strategies and publish deliverables Required qualifications: Four-year college degree, preferably in Computer Science or English Minimum of ten years of experience in producing technical documentation, especially in IT infrastructure Strong knowledge of infrastructure server farms, network protocols, and system/application monitoring Proficiency in Visio and experience with documentation tools such as MS Word and HTML/XML authoring applications Experience hosting virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams Virtual Vocations Inc
