Production Associate Location: Owens Corning - Springfield, TN Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Position Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay rate: $19.00 p/h Interview: On-site with Hiring Manager Position Summary Support production operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, packaging products, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Responsibilities Assist with production line operations and machine support. Inspect, sort, assemble, package, and label products. Move materials and finished goods to designated areas. Maintain production, quality, and safety standards. Keep work areas clean and organized. Report safety, quality, or equipment concerns. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Requirements Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
