Production Associate
Location: Springfield, TN
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 4:45 PM – 3:15 AM
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Position Summary:
Support production operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, packaging products, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:

• Assist with production line operations and machine support
• Inspect, sort, assemble, package, and label products
• Move materials and finished goods to designated areas
• Maintain production, quality, and safety standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Report safety, quality, or equipment concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Requirements:

• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Ideal Candidate:
Dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to grow in a manufacturing career. Candidates must be comfortable with production of Fiberglass Insulation.
