Production Associate
Production Associate Location: Springfield, TN Shift: 2nd Shift | MondayThursday, 4:45 PM 3:15 AM Position Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Position Summary: Support production operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, packaging products, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist with production line operations and machine support
- Inspect, sort, assemble, package, and label products
- Move materials and finished goods to designated areas
- Maintain production, quality, and safety standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Report safety, quality, or equipment concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Requirements:
- Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
