ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Performing regular inventory audits, ensuring accurate record-keeping and controlling and sharing in a daily basis STK discrepancies with Warehouse Supervisor • Receiving and processing incoming orders, manufacturing orders accurately on ERP System • Ensuring hourly printing tickets on control dashboard, monitoring picking, packing, and shipping of orders. • Handling RMA returns process. Implement actions plan to avoid future issues. • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and shipments. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Managing inbound and outbound logistics. • Coordinating with transportation providers for efficient pickup/delivery schedules. • Ensuring compliance with shipping and receiving regulations. Hazards • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and audit corporate process • Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implementing best practices to ensure safety, enhance productivity and reduce costs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and carry up to 60 lbs. as needed
Comfortable operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
