In this role, you'll lead strategic sourcing initiatives across complex direct and indirect spend categories while partnering with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, and Commercial teams. Beyond delivering savings, you'll play a key role in strengthening supplier partnerships, mitigating risk, accelerating innovation, and enhancing supply chain resilience on a global scale. Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management Strategically source various key components - plastics, chemicals, resins, APIs, molded components, packaging, sterilization, etc. Work with cross-functional teams to assess procurement needs and identify strategic sourcing opportunities Oversee supplier relationship management to ensure consistent quality and value Implement procurement strategies that optimize cost, efficiency, and resilience in the supply chain. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for process improvement. Lead procurement teams in evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance. Set clear objectives and strategies for the team to achieve goals through planning, directing work, and coaching associates. What You'll Bring: 10+ years of progressive strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain leadership experience within a complex global organization. Demonstrated success leading high-performing sourcing teams and developing talent. Expertise managing large-scale direct and/or indirect spend across multiple categories. Strong background developing and executing enterprise-wide sourcing strategies that deliver measurable business value beyond cost savings.
