The Role A Warehouse Operations Generalist is someone who thrives in a hands‑on role with variety. This isn’t a job where you do the same thing every day. You’ll rotate through multiple responsibilities across our warehouse operations, gaining exposure to every part of how we get product from our shelves to our customers’ doors. You’ll stay busy, learn new skills, and become a go‑to person your team can count on. What You’ll Do Your day‑to‑day will vary, and that’s by design. Core responsibilities include: Pick customer orders by hand using various equipment/vehicles (reach truck, hand truck, OP, etc) Pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment, with attention to detail on counts, labels, etc Deliver shipments to local customers using a company van or box truck Receive incoming inventory, inspect for quality, and complete put‑away into stock locations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Support the team wherever needed – flexibility is key in a small operation, and if this makes you uncomfortable, then this role will not be a good fit for you Adhere to our conduct policy, treating your teammates respectfully Who You Are Reliable and dependable – you show up, on time, ready to work A team player who also works well independently Willing to learn and take on new challenges with a positive attitude Accepts feedback productively; if you cannot take feedback well, this role will not be a fit for you A strong communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions or share constructive feedback Comfortable wearing many hats – small team means everyone pitches in Driven by a strong work ethic and personal accountability Takes pride in a job well done Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or High school diploma with demonstrable relevant experience Valid driver’s license (required for local customer deliveries) Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis, must be willing to get trained on and operate warehouse equipment like forklifts, reach trucks, etc Warehouse experience preferred but not required – we’re willing to train the right person Ability to pass a drug screen, obtain a TWIC card, and pass a DOT physical, this is required to operate our vehicles and deliver shipments to customers Pass a background check Benefits We Offer 19 days of PTO (prorated based on start date throughout the year) Health insurance Onsite gym access Free coffee all day, every day Access to our retirement plan after 1 year of service, after which you'll receive 5% of your pay automatically contributed (on your behalf by the company, meaning you do not have to contribute if you do not want to, but you'll still receive 5% to your account) to a 401k retirement account Annual steel toe reimbursement $200/year continuing education stipend Eligibility for an annual bonus and merit increase, subject to company performance and individual performance A Note on Our Culture We’re a small team, and every person has an impact.
