Warehouse Operations Supervisor (Mandarin Speaking) We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations and manage a small on-site team. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of warehouse or operations experience who are ready to grow into a supervisory role. This position also supports a small equipment testing area (training will be provided). Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory handling. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff (scheduling, task assignment, daily supervision). Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Assist with basic inventory tracking and organization (training provided). Support and manage a small equipment testing area, including: Coordinating testing schedules. Ensuring proper handling and storage of equipment. Following established testing procedures. Communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles. Prior experience supervising or leading a small team is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable working in a hands‑on, on‑site environment. Willingness to learn new processes and systems. Mandarin Chinese is a plus (for occasional cross‑border communication).
