Senior Tax Manager – Tax Provisions
A leading national CPA and advisory firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join its Tax Provision practice, serving technology, software, SaaS, and emerging growth companies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and review ASC 740 income tax provision engagements for private and public technology companies.
- Manage quarterly and annual tax provision calculations, tax footnotes, and related disclosures.
- Review deferred taxes, valuation allowances, uncertain tax positions, and effective tax rate analyses.
- Partner with client finance teams and audit teams on tax accounting matters.
- Mentor staff and manage client relationships.
Qualifications:
- CPA required.
- 8+ years of public accounting experience.
- Strong ASC 740 tax provision experience.
- Experience serving technology, SaaS, or emerging growth companies preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
